how to start claiming financial hardship

Hi, I have got myself into real bother since october and have recieved soo many bank charges I cant seem to get back on my feet. Can i start a claim , claiming financial hardship and how do i go about it. Thank you for any help just dont know where to start!!

so do i need an appointment with a particular person in the bank or can i go to anyone.
Also i live in scotland does that make a difference.

In scotland you can only claim back 5 years worth of charges. All matters should be in writing because most branches of banks do not deal with bank charges with regards to the OFT test case.butterfly37 wrote: »so do i need an appointment with a particular person in the bank or can i go to anyone.
