I made some potato wedges and can't eat them because they're too spicy.
I really dont want to waste them though so thought I could make a yogurty sauce to cool them down....does anyone have such a recipe?
thankyou! x

I just use greek yoghurt (but you could probably use any) and add some chopped cucumber and chopped mint."The happiest of people don't necessarily have the

Some of our favourites are:
Half yoghurt & half low fat cheese
Same as the above with some mint sauce or mint jelly added.
We also sometimes have a mix of yoghurt and dijon mustard, but this won't help with the spicy wedges

You beat me to it; natural yogurt and mint sauce is a nice sauce to use, Indian in heritage and used to cool down the palate during a hot curry!#145 Save £12k in 2016 Challenge: £12,062.62/£12,000.00 Beginning Balance: £5,027.78 CHALLENGE MET
