Free Bus Travel in London - Scottish Entitlement??

I am disabled with mobility issues and here, in Scotland, have the National Entitlement photocard which I use to obtain free bus travel here.

I am going to central London in a few weeks and wonder if there is a similar scheme there. I had a quick look at London Transport website, but could only find reference to travel concessions for London residents and not visitors.

Anyone have any information on this, or can point me in the right direction.
Thank you.

Unfortunately Scottish bus Passes are only valid throughout Scotland. There is no concession for Scottish Bus Passes in England (including London). Only English Bus Passes (or Freedom Passes for London residents) are valid on London Busses.

The best thing is probably to buy a daily off peak travel card if you intend making use of buses and/or tube whilst in London.

That's not quite right. You can use your National Entitlement Card on services to and from Carlisle and on services to and from Berwick-upon-Tweed from anywhere in Scotland. (However, your National Entitlement Card does not give you free bus travel actually within Carlisle or Berwick-upon-Tweed.)

It might be worth contacting TFL and asking if there are any special offers on at the moment on London Transprt:
