Credit card fraud

£550 was taken from my Visa account to pay an account through Western Union On Line. Visa says as it was verified it was me that did it. I didn't verify any account except through Paypal. How can I get my money back off Visa?

    if it was verified then you gonna to struggle to get it back. They may claim you were careless with your password etc
