multi region DVD player

:-/ Hi,i've been looking through the site but cant find a link. Could someone please help me out? How do i find out if my DVD player is multi region? Its a bush 2028.
If its not a multi region,where will i find out if i can get it sorted so it is?

From Multi-Region Hacks via your remote control go to http://www.dvd.reviewer.co.uk/info/multiregion/hackable.asp?Page=6

1.  Press the Open button on your remote control  
2.  Using your remote control, press the buttons 2, 8, 1 and 2, in order, one at a time  
3.  Press the Close button on your remote control  


To playback VCD and SVCD discs on this player  
1.  Insert the VCD/SVCD disc into the drive tray and close it  
2.  Using your remote control, press the Goto button repeatedly until the menu says VCD at the top of the screen  
To playback VCD and SVCD discs on this player if the above does not work  
1.  Insert the VCD/SVCD disc into the drive tray and close it  
2.  When the player's LED display flashes the word Load for the 7th time, press and hold the Goto button on your remote control
