County Court bailiffs are very reasonable and I wold be very surprised indeed if he did visit. You should be fine and although an application is now with the court I would suggest that you keep paying at the previous rate until you hear back from them.

    Hi,
I neede some advice, I have a letter from Metroploitan services ltd saying that I owe them £1600 for an overdraft i had with a bank - my overdraft was £600, im going to try and claim some of that back, But they are saying because they couldnt come to an arrangement with me to clear the debt, they are going to issue an warrant of execution. I have recently split up with my partner and am now a single mum on benefits. I have also sent them an income and expenditure sheey showing that I can only make a £1 a month, they have refushed that. I would like to know do they have to take me to court for a CCj first? and if i did go to court and i told the court i could only make a £1 a month would they have to agree? would the court set up an arrangement between us? or could they still go down the bailiffs route?
Any help would be greatly recieved, as im starting to get worried!!!
