XLN - anybody having internet problems?

XLN internet is messing about.
It's coming up with a Tiscali wholesale screen when you try to access internet.
Anybody know what's going on.

They're offering a fix - change the login username, but that's not working.
There seems a bit of a mess there today.
Looks to me like they haven't paid the bill..

We run a small business from an office base, since Thursday afternoon I've also had the same problem as you. I have rang them several times, and been talked through various setting changes on my modem.

Although they have informed me that they are part of a group called 56k. Tiscalli apparently switched this group off on Thursday, and now XLN are trying to divert there service through some over exchange. Not sure what this means, although they have assured me that our service will be fixed by monday. I'm really panicking as everything we do such as quotes, invoices and payroll is via the internet.

Is your back up today???? Not sure what else to do.

I have rang other ISPs although I'm looking at 30 days waiting time for connection.

Hi - XLN is not going bust. They are having the same problems as hundreds of ISP's due to the dispute between 186k and Tiscali. I got a letter from them this morning saying they are migrating all users to another platform.

When I called I was directed to a message - I guess their switchboard is overwhelmed
