HELP! laptop wont let me download anthing without shuting sown .

Hi hope some one can help me my laptop shutsdown if i try to download programs or anything then it will restart :eek: get to windows then will

See if you can get into safemode with networking and try then sounds like it could be a virus. Tap F8 repeatedly as soon as you turn the computer on to get into safe mode. More here http://www.computerhope.com/issues/chsafe.htm0

Did you select safe mode and NETWORKING? not just safe mode.0

If your going to download antivirus software download Avira AntiVir http://www.filehippo.com/download_antivir/ please do not download AVG, Norton, Mcafee or Windows OneCare.0

Hey again if you manage to get into safe mode with networking please download Malwarebytes http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php install, run a quick scan and remove everything it finds and post the log back here. If you still unable to download it, download it onto another computer and then copy it onto a usb stick. You will need to download the update separately and put in on the memory stick aswell if you cant update on the computer http://www.gt500.org/malwarebytes/database.jsp0

ive just tried to download it in safe mode with networking and it shut down im will have to put it on mem stick and try it that way thanx will let you know how i get on thanx:confused: [strike]Nik[/strike]:confused:0
