Bradford & Bingley changing nominated account

Has anyone changed their nominated account on a Bradford & Bingley E-Saver or Internet Saver account?

I want to change my nominated account and so logged in to do so.
It said I had to print off, fill in and submit a Change of nominated account details.
There is though, on the same page as the instructions, a 'next' button.
Just wondered what happens when pressing said button as I have to return the filled in form to change the nominated account.

The next button takes you eventually to the form to print off.
You need to print, sign and return. The whole process takes about 10 days :-(

Thank you for that.

I presumed the 'next button' did something different. As at the top of the page with the 'next button' there was a 'click here' to access the change the nominated account pdf form.
