Dell photo printer 720 drivers for ME

I got caught in the buying frenzie and had this printer for £9.99.

Problem only have drivers for XP or 2000 and I have Windows ME.

Tried Dell website to no avail. Anyone got details of where I can get drivers.

According to this post it might be a rebadged Lexmark z605 which has drivers for ME. Worth a try?

I tried using the Lexmark 6xx drivers today but with no success. The driver file self-extracting archive was CJ9X600.exe.
