I have one of the above cordless phones and ever since I've had it ,it always displays '11 new calls' (sometimes varies slightly but always between 10-15 and I can't find out what it means as it does not have an answerphone facility. I've looked in the user manual and can't find anything about this info in the display.

I have one of these phones... Its the number of new calls...
ie. you have caller-id and the last 50 numbers are stored on your phone
press the down arrow up to 50 times to view all the numbers that have called you, you'll then see '0 new calls'0
