Screwed up on Section 7.1 of the on line SOA

Just noticed that my print out had blank "Type of Card" entries.

actually Mr E, this happened to me - I had to tell the BR clerk what types of cards I had and she wrote them on the form for me! Maybe that is another glitch in the forms online?

I'd forgotten that!!! :j The same thing happened to me - I had filled out all the Visa/Mastercard bits properly and it didn't print out..... must be a glitch Don... had to handwrite it when I got there. :rolleyes:

yep it done that to me aswell so its obvious that it is the forms then. i had to write it in after to
