SAR letter sent - strange letter back!!!

I sent a SAR off with postal order etc for statements with MBNA, got a reply back, saying all defaults were removed?
I dont have defaults on this acc and I wanted my statements anyway.....
Has anyone experienced this and what I do next?

Might be worth sending the letter back and state that you are requesting a SAR at the moment.
