I'm sorry PP - I didn't do anything to make people think I put the link on the diet page
However, it seems as though kharma has already paid me back as some of you are tlaking about a nutty bar?? 
All I had was a Veggie Chickenless pieces in a coconut sauce - no nutty bar!
It was kind of alright (BF & I shared it for lunch with some rice & syned it for the diet!) but I can think of better ways to spend 5 syns - like a packet of Quavers at 4.5! :rotfl: I've had a look & the way it mentions 'ketosis' & carb controlled it reminds me of the Atkins Diet but seems to have more veg than I remember having on Atkins!
When the woman rings me up I'll just say it is too expensive because at nearly £7 a day that is £49 per person & bf usually manages to get the weekly shop (including non food stuff) to around £40 - so it would basically more than double our weekly shopping bill & we can't afford that I'll stick with Slimming World as I know what I'm doing with that
