lol the council are rubbish plus there private tenants its ok got few tricks up my sleeve

they may be private tennants but councils have to deal with noise complaints and have to take it seriously,

they seem ok but there 3 lads carefree life basiclly if it goes on later than 12 ill go round there give them hell they had a warning last night
couple of other neibours complaing to
they have a crappy stereo and by 7 o clock til 12 its very quite in there house as there asleep so im up at 7 tomoz speakers on the wall my 7.1 speakers left on with rubbish music while i get kids to school
i asked nicely last night and today when i was in garden they clearly dont want to listen so ill play there game and win lol

neibours up here before reported a family for noise this was in the year 2001 there still trying to get the family out lol good old council
