Hi there.
Personally I would just send them a polite email reminding them you won the prize at the start of Januray, and just informing them you haven't received it yet.
Its been nearly a month, so they could just have got busy, and forgot, so i would assume your email would jog their memory, and make them chase it up!!

hi all,
hope everyone is feeling ok,
love the snowy pics,
snow awful here, but was def getting dog to vet, she has to go in tomorrow(or not if snowed in) she is getting biopsy on lump on neck, vet said might even take it out tomorrow, but it looks deep, and surrounded by major bits n pieces, and will get results in 5 days, am worried about her,
am off to do some comping, am bit far behind,
