Absolutely... I used to be a reporter for a local paper and if I had been sent those pics you've posted on facebook I'd have gone to town on the story! Papers and councils don't normally see eye to eye.

Most weeklies go to print on a Tuesday afternoon for a Wednesday morning delivery so if you email this morning you could get them in this week! Better still if you have a local daily...

I totally agree with Spoldz and Chris, you need to publicise this, It is not acceptable to have people living in these conditions, I would ring your local editor this morning, this is front page story.

Cg i agree with chris & splodz - go to the papers - it may be the only way forward - it is affecting your health & you are paying to live in that mess - it need sorted & not in 6 months - 1yrs time - it needs done asap

Yes you have to go to papers CG if getting no help as I know how a little bit of dampness affected my sons health etc and get you self out to docs and get them told to.
Get wrapped up and get out lady snow wont harm you that willxxxxxx

just rang my mum, at the airport, but no details about her flight yet, as the plane is due to land, they are already handing out food vouchers!!

Rang my nan, daft bat, she is 88 and has gone out to clear her paths, omg why, she doesnt need to, was gonna send oh down later to do that, she hasnt got to go out as she has meals in her freeze, milk and bread! I have to keep an eye on her as my mum is away, it is going to be a long 2 months!!!
Told her off and she musnt go outside in this weather, what are they like!
