    12 points a day - I had 20 1/2 yesterday so far today had 8 1/2 and I am hungry have a 0 jelly to eat and a ww coconut thing 1 1/2 so that is 10 - so 10 left tonight:eek:
I personally would get this one, more accurate.

Lunch time I had fried egg white on 2 slices of toast, with dry fried mushrooms, onions and tomatoes - 2 points (the toast was 1.5 and the oil to fried the egg whites were .5, egg whites are zero so you can have as many as you like, the veg is also zero)

Tea a chicken breast is 2.5 and I would steam it with garlic and herbs, so stays moist, tinned tomatoes and a hugh amount of stir fry veg, this would fill anyone up and no more than 3 point.

I have found some crisps in asda which are only 1 point, a good snack item.

    Ladies... and the occasional chap...

I fall upon your mercy. I am 90% sure this is not allowed, but as a few forumites know, I work for a comping magazine. And my Real Life Winner dropped out this afternoon as she 'does not want her picture used now'. I still need to get this mag out by the end of the week!

Would anyone be interested in talking about their big win in the magazine? Anyone? We'll need to publish a few smug pics and get you to tell us a bit about yourself... but there is a sizeable financial reward :)

If you would be interested, please PM me, ok?

And I apologize for trolling for stuff like this - I think/hope my post count shows that I am not here just for that!
Have you tried looking in the iwon i won section and asking people who won the itv comps or other big wins?
lol you dont sound like a troll

  • I have these - very accurate, and can weigh down to 1g :)

Also if you want to use a big bowl instead of theirs you can as its a flat platform under the bowl

ETA I've had them about 6 or 7 years and only had to change the battery a couple of times.

:eek:I forgot to say before, dh's mum told him this morning that his cousin had died of a heart attack in the week, she was only 47:eek: Her mum lives at the back of our house in the bungalows and after dh had been to the garage he was walking past there house and crossed over the road to avoid them because he didnt know what to say and his Auntie came across the road and asked if he had heard what had happened and he replied yes I did I am so sorry and gave his auntie a hug:o will have to get a card and figure out what to write in it. Made big woks an appointment for morning cos he has a lump on his neck again, we really thought this was all over, but he doesent want to go to see his consultant at the hospital because he said if he had a year free without infections or lumps he could have plastic surgery on his neck for all the scarring from all the previous ops,
Hopefully we will have no more bad news today:o
