I cheer yoou up, imagine the roast beef is done and resting, me parsnips and tatos are roasting gently, my parcel, of juliene carrots butter and thyme, are sweating, and the sprouts, are just going on, me beef stock will be turned into a lurvley gravy, and the yorkies are ready to go in.
Cadburys, chocolate carmel torte, with a smidge of clotted cream for pud
Glass of pinot grigiot ready in about 15 mins
Nice cup of tea later:D

SFH, I know! I really enjoyed it, which is why I wanted to give it a go at cooking it, but they absolutely won't entertain the idea so not worth pushing it as would have to cook two meals then.
I will be thinking of you on Burns night, and my mouth will be watering. I fancied roasting the haggis, how do you cook yours?But there are dreams that cannot be,and there are storms we cannot weather!0 -
