Think most people get down in jan, its the christmas come down, all the bills roll in, grey skys, cold mornings, some get seasonal affective disorder, quite a miserable month xxx

I cheer yoou up, imagine the roast beef is done and resting, me parsnips and tatos are roasting gently, my parcel, of juliene carrots butter and thyme, are sweating, and the sprouts, are just going on, me beef stock will be turned into a lurvley gravy, and the yorkies are ready to go in.
Cadburys, chocolate carmel torte, with a smidge of clotted cream for pud
Glass of pinot grigiot ready in about 15 mins
Nice cup of tea later:D
