Argos Sofa Warranty

Just wanted to ask peoples advice.
I wish to buy a set of leather sofa's from argos, and have asked for eoples opinions on that and have decided to go with them..
Now, they do a warrany for 3 years after the manufacturers warranty ends and covers;
-
any structural defects following the expiry of the manufactures guarantee.
Includes accidental damage cover i.e. rips, tears, burns, stains, scratches, water marks and covers breakages of glass components.
If it breaks, well repair it or if it can't be repaired we'll provide an Argos gift card for the price you originally paid.
Quick and easy claims process just ring the claims line.
Once a replacement has been given your policy ends.
3 years for £99.99. What do you guys think??
The set of 3 sofas costs just under £700.

I purchased a suite from Argos 18months ago. Within a few weeks the arm on the one sofa had broken so i rang to report it and was told an upholsterer would get in touch with me to view it.
It took a few days for him to come out and look at the one sofa, i mentioned to him how i noticed a blemish on the other sofa and weather or not that could repaired, he said it was not a problem to look at it and after an hour of looking at both of them said in his opinion i would be entitled to a refund or replacement not repair as it would cost more than the sofas worth to repair. This was because the leather would have to come from China and whomever had assembled the sofas had not fitted bolts onto all of the fixings making it unsafe to use anyway. The claims team rang me approx 2 weeks later and said i could have a new suite to the value of mine as it was no longer stocked, but as a new book was due out i didnt need to rush to choose one. I went in to store to order from the new book to be told i could still have the one i originally purchased. It arrived 2 days later and the delivery guys unwrapped it and made sure it was fine before leaving taking all the waste products with them.
For the service i received i can not fault them and in case i could of had an instore managers discretionary payment of £50 towards another suite had i not been able to get like for like.:j Was married 2nd october 2009 to the most wonderful man possible:j
