Fed up with bt

I have been having problems with bt and they have cut off my phone line which they have admitted was an error as i never owed the amount stated so agreed on the 8th last week to take the restrictions off my phone line yesterday i had to phone them back as it still had not been done he said within 4 hours it would be done i should have guessed this morning still not working, this whole problem has been going on for at least 4 weeks
I need to phone them again to find out what is happening as i want my phone line but it is costing me a fortune keep calling them from my mobile as its not free phone like it would be from my land line and i really dont want to be standing at a phone box for an hour with a 4month old baby freezing
I dont no what to do as i am fed up getting through to different people and having to explain myself every time i really dont care at the moment where in the world the call centres are but they cannot even understand what im saying which is even more frustrating
Does anyone know if there is a number i can call to get me through to a head office number that would be able to understand me with a number that isnt going to cost a fortune to ring from my mobile
Sorry about the long post

I'm sorry to hear your having such difficulty. Overseas call centres can really test anyone's patience. Is there anyone who can come take care of your baby for a little while? Family, friends, a kindly neighbour?
I have tried to search for an alternate number for you, to no avail. Has your phone line been turned on again since this morning?
Let me just say this is my first post, for two reasons. It is cold, and your poor baby shouldnt be outside in this, and for two, your name is gem which is the same as mine
I may be able to help a little more, but its a long shot and however I would need your personal details to do so and that wouldnt be fit. Wishing you all the best.0 -
