of course they don't take into account the high expenses he incurs, everything looks great on paper just not in reality. It's because he is a contractor, but gets no sick pay, no holiday pay, no notice period, no security... rough with the smooth I guess.
My pack was missing a couple of bits too but I can at least log in. The website for my course is not up yet though so not exactly useful!
Is he self employed as a contractor??? therefore high expenses should be taken into account. My OH is a contractor and I certainly take his expenses into account...Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford

I'm doing an OU course and I find it takes a lot less time than they say it should. I can't fathom the website though, this is my second course and I haven't found the forums and stuff for either!Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0

hope they sort it soon... FAST...
I cannot speak still which is just great with a toddler around! I am whispering 'Elliot, Elliot' at him and he is totally ignorant to me! Thankfully we have some books with buttons to press to make noises so I can read to him AND save my voice!
I've received my first OU mailing and feel completely intimidated by it and wondering when on earth I am going to have time to do the work. If I left my job we would be -£600 a month - and I feel lucky to even have that after childcare. More than that really as I'd need at least a day's childminding to allow me to study. I just don't see how I can make this work. But I have to.... other people do
Will maybe pm you later DD but I do my studying at 5am till 7am weekdays (not at the minute though) sounds crazy but it works for me.Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford
