It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

Thanks everyone. As I say, I'm not really surprised and had even anticipated being made redundant when I came back from maternity leave. Will give me th enudge I need to find something that is actually going to allow me to be occupied on a full time basis and actually stretched a bit maybe...

In many respects I am in a good position because of maternity pay being guaranteed do for us the next 6 months or so is pretty much a status quo financially. I just (!) need to find a job by 31 August...

Sorry Luc, not so good eh. Are you entitled to a redundancy payment? You will still get your maternity pay though. Len x
