I signed up for this yet never received any details regarding the CD's. Is there anywhere I can email. Also I heard you could have got £50 for free. Would they let me change over to this?

HSBC are pathetic. I applied online, then went to one of their branches gave them everything they needed to set up an account and they said they would contact me. That was September. Never heard from them. As far as I a concerned they lose out on my £15k loan and my custom once I graduate as I will never bank with them.0

They aren't going to let you switch over when you have signed an agreement.
And also 10 CDs? It's a terrible gimmick, use ebay or amazon.
