Still worrying!

  • Its ok, just worrying, I have read the notes about it as well, looking at the situation now I realise I got in debt over my head, been in debt that long and juggling I got to the point where I accepted my life was going to be the same forever and that until our mortgage was out of redemption which is aug 09 then I would carry on struggling. Unfortunately house prices have dropped and both our wages have. Yes I should have sat down and realised more going out than coming in and it wasn't until october when I got some days at home that I realised I could not carry on like this.

I was offered and given this credit when I was a housewife, back then it was asked for the household income knowing I was only a housewife it was accepted, now with the OR it is only my income that is looked at. My husband put his contribution on the form as that, his contribution, he is entitled to spend the rest of his wage on whatever he wants, unfortunately now his wages have dropped drastically. Ages ago he had enough coming in to cover my debts as well as his, them days are long gone. So I took the loan never expecting to go br or the recession affect our income and house as it has.

OR said in interview that my husband should seek advice, he did yesterday, advised to go br, he rang the court today, his date is Friday 13th. Just about sums our life up.

Sorry for this long post, I am just frustrated, scared, anxious, guilty and all the rest of the negative feelings that are consuming my life.
