Hi, is it true you cannot 'move' files with Vista, say from a memory card to a folder on the computer? I heard you can only copy, which seems bizarre.
Any thoughts?

Move is just a "Cut" and "Paste"
Most operating systems have the "move" option,
If not, a "Cut" & "Paste" is the same thing (just with a few more clicks!!).

Right click on your desktop and create a blank text file, copy this into it and save it. Then you'll need to right click on the file to rename it from a .txt file to a .reg file. When you've done that, double click to make the change to the registry.Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

This should bring back the Move To menu for you.0 -

Untrue
>Move is just a "Cut" and "Paste"
Move is just a "Cut" and "Paste" AND delete the original file having confirmed the integrity of the paste function.
If the memory card is locked in some way (read only) only a copy would be possible but not the a move function, I would imagine.0
