Hi,
Just a while ago I tried to access my online account atKaupthing Edge and it came with a message saying that "You have no accounts". This is really worrying as I have a substantial savings in that account. Has anyone had similar experience and what do you advise I do? Ofcourse I am going to be on the phone to them first thing tomorrow but if they they cannot trace my account.....what do I do?
Regards

Assuming you logged in with all the correct details, the system should work. Mine just has....and the rate is still 3.49%! But perhaps you were trying in a servicing slot......1217 am is a bit late!0

Mine's working OK.
Unlikely that it's related, but I remember reading somewhere (mailing or email) that ING are going to start migrating KE customers over to their systems soonish (?)
Since all the troubles of last October, if you want to be safe, it's as well to make printouts/screen captures of online accounts from time to time.but if they they cannot trace my account.....what do I do?0 -
Can't help with OP question.
Agree with KingL though, re screen shots of accounts.
I take a screen shot of every online account I have each time I add funds.0
