I also love Play.Com. The service I've received over the years has always been 100% perfect. They've saved us a small fortune.

I agree. Have been using Play.com for a long time and they are fab.

Only ever had one item not turn up. I called them and they promptly sent me another one.

As this is my first post I thought I would say something nice.

I recently ordered a monitor from them at 8pm on a Monday evening and received it at 8.30am on the following Wednesday.

Now that's what I call a 5 star service.

Yep, nearly always very good customer service. They have immediately re-sent goods that didn't turn up and quickly replaced a faulty item.

The only problem I have with them is that everything is individually packaged, even if you order 10 different items (i think this is a tax evasion thing?). And small things get sent in rediculously large boxes. Not very eco-friendly.

I have been using Play.com for years and remember the days when their service was so poor they were nicknamed "Pray.com".

For several years their service has been peerless. I use them and have only ever had one thing go missing and they replaced it without question.

One of the companies I am really really happy to do business with. They are excellent.

I have been very happy with Play over the last five years or so. However, three orders in the last month have either been delayed (1) or have had a different item in the box to the one ordered (2).

They refund the postage but in two instances they were for birthdays which normally would have left me with 1-2 days spare but this way I ended up having to order from Amazon with guaranteed next day.

Not a real complaint just that it's been going downhill for me personally just wondered if this is the same for anyone else?
