Hi all
We are now, luckily, in a position to put away some money every month for our little boy.
Is there any good savings accounts out there for children with a good intrest rate?

If you can commit to putting between £10 and £100 away each month, the Halifax Childrens Regular Saver is 8%. Probably the best rate you'll get.0

Worth your reading through this from the main site :-

.... as rb10 says the Halifax RS (referenced in the article) has been the best for a while. But do check you understand the Terms etc before you commit (primarily that you can contribute £10 - £100 monthly ... but you must pay every month ... the account is cleared out to your nominated account every year ... but you can then continue for a further year etc.)If you want to test the depth of the water .........don't use both feet !0
