Selling property abroad

Hi, I'm hoping there is someone out there that can advise us.
We bought a property 'off plan' two years ago which we would like to sell BEFORE completion. Our personal circumstances have changed and we are unable to fund the last part of the purchase which makes it even more urgent that we need to sell.
We have put the property on with two agents at nearly the same price we bought it at to try to get a quick sale. So far we have had no interest and I'm starting to panic as the property is set for completition this side of the summer.
There are very few agents that deal with off plan resale.
Does anyone know any other way of trying to market your property without any huge expense? Or have any other ideas.
This property is on La Torre Golf Resort, Spain.
Any help would be very much appreciated.
