Advice on BT

We've been in our house for two and a half years now. After six months or so of being here, BT gave us a special rate on option 2 if we agreed to an 18 month contract. This came to an end in the last couple of months, and our bills are noticeably higher now. I just wondered if anyone had been in the same situation and had successfully tried to get a better deal?

It offers exactly the same as the 18 month plan, but will shortly include evening and weekend calls to 0845/0870 numbers as well as 01/02/03 calls.

Using www.18185.co.uk for your peak geographical calls,mobile calls etc usually results in further savings.
