Spanish Lottery & AOL scams.Take care.

Yesterday I received a very authentic looking email asking if for credit card details as there appeared to be a problem with my account. It appeared to come from AOL, same logo etc. I reported it to them but their responses were just the standard ones at first. They now seem to have got the message.
Today, I received a letter from Malaga telling me I had won just short of one million euros in the Spanish lottery. They asked if I would like a cheque or a bank transfer. It worries me that some people may be taken in by these things. Who can I report this one to?
