Lloyds TSB PLC Bank - Are they any good?

forget lloyds, you can open an account at halifax within minutes, my partner did it the other day, gave him a sort code and everything.

Although it won't affect the running of your account, my Dad brought home a nice fancy booklet they have sent around Halifax staff. Three years down the line they aim to become one bank, Lloyds Banking Group. So unless they are staying separate liek RBS and NatWest, you'll be back with Lloyds. One of the reasons I have begun searching out other options in terms of accounts.

I have business acount with natwest and loan my first year should be free banking do to new to shop i was passing statment to accontant only i no now they charge me first year £600 any chance now to get refund

Can you be more clearer? what types of charges applied to your account? Also, i suggest you find other threads that may answer your question elsewhere as this thread is for Lloyds TSB questions.
