Yes in a nutshell ,providing its set up by you or them correctly.

You have to program it via your telephone to dial which carrier you want to use. I have two of these on seperate lines and it works very well. Basically you plug it in to the BT box and plug your phone in to the Orchid dialler. Then you lift the phone press a series of **## and numbers to program. Then each time you pick the phone up and dial a number it automatically routes the call through whichever service you have programmed, i.e 1899 or 18866. The good thing is it is easy to reprogram the Orchid dialler if you change from one service to another.

Highly recommended.

The Orchid Dialler thread is on my list of "to do" for this week along with MSE Andrea so hopefully we can start a new, more up to date thread.
