There is postage on top obviously, but its cheaper to buy in bulk (200 discs say)

Thanks for that. They have come down in price since I bought my last lot - circa 75 discs, so still have a few left. However, I am actually really impressed with the ones I have.

I tried play.com and it doesnt recognise certain media in its SEARCH facility so I thought they didnt sell them

Play.com search can be very bad at times

also not all of the pages let you sort by price which can be very annoying

for play . com search you need to search for BRAND NAMES ie: maxell , intenso , tdk etc..
if you type "blank dvds", you wont get no-were

also just to add, play .com sometimes delete your account after you have ordered, dont know why..but has happened to me 8 times now. i try to call them and they speak to you like crap on the phone and say you account is been looked at by an accountant or some rubbish.

Can't say I've ever had that problem in the 8+ years I've had an account. Although one thing to be aware of is that unless you pay by credit card if something goes wrong you've got no protection with the sale of goods act or distance selling regulations since play.com aren't in the UK (or EU for that matter).

Well i have given up on play.com. i have found a cheaper web site, given the help of voucher code, try going on to big pockets, they are selling 100 blank tuffdisc dvd-r
for £8.99 and 5.99 postage but if you use this code ( HALFSHIPPINGVC ) postage will cost £3. meaning you will get 100 blanks delivered for under £12.. hope this helps someone
