I am currently using kwh (are the figures below alot)

electric 15.68 per day
Gas 35.75 per day

I have done a search on duel fuel, I am currently with swalec NSC.

The cheapest is B Gas, Npower and scottish power.

Savings B gas £212 per year
Scottish Power £149 per year.

Will the prices come down in the near future?

Also swalec owe me £503.95 for electric which they are going to carry forward and gas we owe them £80

Personally I wouldn't go wit British Gas, DH and I moved from them because customer service was shocking, but I'd be asking swalec NSC for a good percent of the £503.95 as I'd prefer it to be making interest for me instead of for your supplier.

Here is my complaint to them (explains all I think)...

I spoke to npower on Friday or Saturday about bills I have been receiving for ac number 56979821. I explained that I didn't understand why I was getting bills as I changed to ScottishPower last year. The guy at npower said no I was definitely with npower for gas and electric.
I then phoned energyhelpline who confirmed my elec and gas are with scottishpower since 15/09/08. I also spoke to consumerdirect who confirmed my electric is supplied by scottishpower and gave me the national grid number. I phoned that to confirm my gas is with scottish power also at that address.
Then I rephoned npower today (26/1/09) and spoke to James Edwards who said there is no record of my contacting npower since 16th Jan, which is untrue as I phoned on 23rd or 24th January. He also said that the reason I keep getting bills and letters is because Scottish Power didn't send a final elec reading and I will still keep getting bills and letters from npower until that happens. I said I just wanted a final bill and would not be paying npower and scottish power for what scottish power is supplying. I cancelled my dd to npower today.
I then spoke to scottish power who said they sent the final reading 02343 on 26/09/08 and there was no dispute or alternative reading given by npower and you had had your time to sort it out.
I rang back npower and Scott Wilson confirmed this as well!!!
What on earth are you doing? I suggest you retrain your customer service staff. I have wasted over 2 hours of my life trying to sort this out, when I shouldn't even be involved!
I have 26 properties and I will make sure that none of them are ever supplied by npower.
I am in serious need of an apology and all money I must have overpaid you to be reimbursed and this final bill to be sorted out and then you to stop writing me letters when I have nothing to do with you as YOU DO NOT SUPPLY ME AT THAT ADDRESS!
I am going to go and change all other suppliers now away from you as I am disgusted at the lies you have told me, your unhelpfulness and nonability to listen and understand.
    Yours annoyed
