One of the most pleasant returns ever.
Took back a baby seat that did not match its description in the Makro Mail. Lady on the desk had no problem at all with the return and even went on to suggest a list of suitable alternative seats from other shops.
Now if only their accounts admin team were as easy to deal with :rolleyes:
