Central Heating quote

Yesterday, I had a central heating quote from a corgi registered guy.
1) He recommended Heatline combi boiler, I asked for Worcester Bosch 37CDi, he said price is the same for both.
2) 3 new double radiators and one towel rail
3) MOve two radiators around
4) 6 TRVs
5) One digital thermostat
6) Remove old cylinder and tank.
7) Sort out some minor pipe work.
He quoted 2700 and will finish everything in 3 -4 days.
Is this quote alright or expensive? I am in Romford
Also, do we get any certificate after new boiler etc.. (like one gets 17th Edition certificate for electrics).

Good morning: A Worcester 37 CDi for the same price as a Heatline
Quote sounds too cheap for Essex....is your RGI powerflushing CH system, fitting a Boiler Buddy or Magnaclean, scale inhibitor, upsizing gas supply, notifying the installation via CORGI? Check his CORGI registration online/ask to see his CORGI photo card.

wow, there's ~£500 difference in boiler price, sounds a bit strange for him to say its the same price!0
