    · Good supply of tea and biscuits (will sample shortly as dinner isn’t until 7pm  )
    · Breakfast– free – to claim back on expenses
    · Lunch – kept a few sweet pastries from my breakfast, using free jam from yesterday = £0 spend on lunch today :o:D

    · Popped into Local Boots - got 2 x No 7 Protect & perfect sets, 1 x John Freida blonde set and 1 x Toni & Guy set all 75% off (used points so didn’t spend any cash) :T
    · Will get (double the) money back from DH for John Freida blonde set brought for his sisters birthday
    · Used work to courier my Boots purchases to my colleague at work since they were all too bulky for my one hand luggage bag I’m allowed plus contains liquids and sprays (hope they get their ok – that’s my next stress now since I made the 75% sale), also couriered my work laptop power supply as that’s heavy and taking up useful space in my bag!:p
    · Dinner – free – to claim back on expenses
    · Used work phone to speak to DH during the day
    · M&S – got a musical birthday card for sisters birthday (September time but card suits her perfectly) reduced to 50p from £5 (paid 49p after the Vat reduction) ;)

    Hi all -
a high spend day for me - £41 in Boots:eek: Still I got loads of presents and earned enough points to buy T a much needed pair of pyjamas, plus 2 x £5 NO7 vouchers. And I used my debit card not my credit card. Have I justified myself enough yet?

    DFW things
    1) Daily scratch x 10p
    2) Used up dregs of vegetables to make nice dinner
    3) Started using up a cleanser I never use instead of buying handwash
    4) Had nice letter telling me my mortgage has gone down by about £40 a month
    5) Dragged myself to work
    6) Did online survey

Feel bad about the £41 but hey - it's money saving in the long run and tomorrow is another day.
