Everything you have said is 100% -thank you so much for your understanding.
OMG..its official. Thats the very first article i have seen which confirms the evidence of my own eyes over the past 2 or 3 years.
It is absolutely outrageous.
As the article says, once upon a time there was a clear demarcation at the school gate. Some turned left, others turned right.
Thats how it was when i was a kid. I turned in the direction of the council estate so I'm not some middle class snob who doesnt know what hes talking about.
I have lived on council estates most of my life and i spend a lot of my day to day work on them or in rented property.
This is social engineering at its very worst and a timebomb waiting to go off.
What incentive is there to work hard and progress if someone is going to get the same for next to nothing?
Granted not all social housing tenants are bad news just as not all private home owners are thoroughly nice chaps but in general, many are bad news, idle and troublesome.
A distant associate of mine has a brother who is bone idle. He cant beleive his luck as he has just been granted a tenancy of a smashing new 3 bed home here..

He is bone idle and he and his GF just breed on the state.
The above development is still in progress.
Last summer i had a drive round there one evening. It was late on,maybe 10pm and getting dark.
The chavvers love to sit out at night to relax and stare at the moon.
The roads hadnt been completed. I espied a house with the obligatory plasma on the living room wall. Outside were two deck chairs in Engerrland colours, two chavvers with some beers, some nice loud music, door open to let the sound out and piles of bikes, toys and other bric a brac lying all over the pavement from their offspring.
I had had conversations with one of the developers a few weeks previously. I had remarked what nice houses they were. His reply.."dont touch them mate. These will be the slums of tomorrow"
But dont think you can escape this social experiment if you dont buy new build.
Oh no,,thanks to the likes of Kirsty n Phil ,we have the rise of the amateur BTL landlord who might buy a terrace or nice semi beside YOU and rent it out to anyone who will pay the rent.
Only in inclusive Britain would it happen where all men are equal regardless of work, effort or income.
Next thing you know, they will be buying them all a 3 series Beemer so they dont feel badly done to in their battered ford escort.
They are already dreaming up "social tarrifs" so that they can buy gas/elec cheaper than you or I.

Does it not amaze you how many unemployed and people on benefits who can afford to drive a car?0 -

It was really June, July-ish things started slowing and we realised we'd end up living in a half sold development. We just assumed all of the houses would sell as you would normally with any new build. Good point re neighbour nusiance policy - didn't think about that. thanks
I have lived in social housing and i have to tell you that neighbour nuisance policies are a joke. I have tried to engage them in the past, made 3 written complaints about a neighbour and nothing happend. Just a load of namby pamby form filling.0
