    Mine are (And always have been) all over the place. Sometimes it works fine, sometimes it doesnt work at all. Its seemingly completely random with me

    No i use plusnet which is usually okay. For some reason the threads i subscribed to had become unsubscribed but seems to be okay now.....must be a new year bug lol

    not been with them for quite some time maybe they have recovered - when I joined them they were stunningly brilliant - when I left them they were stunningly dreadful beyond belief. Support line went from being answered in 10-25 seconds to being answered in 40 minutes, to no phone support at all - truly dire.

    Thanks - useful to know. Year is up in May so will probably change to another ISP that is cheaper. But i have to be fair and say that they have been great so far. Connection was really quick, communication excellent and customer service equally so. Not very often i find a company that does what it says on the tin but so far so good. The only down side is they are slightly more expensive than others!

    I don't mind paying for something better - as I say long time ago I was with them, well before BT bought them out, so may be very different now.

    went from a terrible 3Mb connection to a great 10Mb connection in 2 phone calls :D:D
