Msn messenger 7.5 has a thing coming up as a link , block-checker.com....if you see it dont click it it links to a trojan.

It's not a trojan, it's just extremely irritating adware that spams all your Messenger contacts to go download the same. Removal is pretty straight forward.
Just google for "www.block-checker.com" [with the quotation marks] and you'll get over 700 hits describing the little beastie.
