To any MSE'rs who are plumbers. What would you quote (very, very roughly) to take out bath, loo and wash hand basin. Remove tiles, fully tile bathroom. Fit new bath, loo and WHB. Fix shower above bath and fit shower screen at side of bath. Plumb in dishwasher downstairs. Bathetc all bought by me. Tiles bought by me. Ball park figure please. Thanks Kerry

hi Kerry, providing it is as you described, i would roughly be charging aprox £125.00 per day@3.5 days.
n.b. - thats just what i charge in my local area, and it would depend on where you live ect as prices do vary from area to area, how many cups of tea you make .......
i'm sure you get the idea!!
hth!

In the South East we paid £1650 - that was the best of four quotes but also included replacing the radiator with a towel radiator and tiling the floor.0

Was that to remove tiles and retile all walls? I am in Kent so assume it would be similar here.

I was quoted between £2500-£3000 for a small en-suite, no bath about a year ago. We had already removed old shower and purchased new one. We are in Gloucestershire. Needless to saywe did not accept quote and shower still waiting to be fitted by DH!!!!!Of all the things I've lost, I miss my mind the most.....0

Cannylass. This is why I asked the question. We were quoted similar to you. I have no problem paying a fair price to a craftsman for a good job - but £3000 for labour for a job estimated to take a week. We would be supplying virtually all the fixtures and fittings. However, I suppose you get what you paid for. Thanks to all for quotes and comments0

You could take a look at http://www.thebathroom.ws looks like it's not yet complete but has a forum where people rate bathroom companies.0
