My DFW Motivation Diary.....................

Morning all, Im not feeling very motivated today, might be because of the horrible weather or because Ive run out of money saving ideas so feeling a bit low today.
Ive switched or applied to switch everything I can and honestly can't think of anything else! I need a new challenge to get my teeth into so if anybody has any ideas feel free to post!!

Could still do with some ideas for coining in the pennies guys if you have any!

Think I'm having a blue day today, Ive got no energy for anything, we are having fish, potatoes, garden peas and parsley sauce for T and Ive peeled the potatoes about 10 times today....... in my head, Just cant get motivated to actually do them!!!!

Today I have spent:

30p Newspaper (only for all the free coupons and leaflets that I can price match in Asda;))
£1.69 on butter and cakes for packed lunches.:j

So quite a good day spend wise, thats made me feel better!

Does anyone know how long it takes before you hear anything off Virgin cc?

Morning all, I am feeling a bit more motivated today! Ive got to go to the doctors and then into town for a few bits, have prepared my list so will only buy whats on it!! Have got all my coupons and vouchers ready to hit the shops with lol......... this is gonna be the real test, it's first time into town since LBM so we'll see.......... that's all for now, will report back later to let you know how Ive got on.........

Well, went into town yesterday and only bought a loaf of bread, so am really pleased with that!!! I haven't been through the door today, have done all my 'clicks' and done the weekly shop on line. Not much else to report..........

Haven't posted for a few days so thought I'd do a catch up.......
Im getting quite good at going into a shop and only coming out with what i went in for, there was a time when I'd nip in for a loaf and come out with a weekly shop!!!

I applied for an A&L current account, accepted straight away and just waiting for all paperwork etc to come now, then I can ring and have TC's paid into there.:beer:

Got accepted for the 0% 16mths Bt on Virgin CC, lovely guy rang me today and went through everything, thanks to all who reccommended the SBT! Will set up DDB as soon as everything arrives for the monthly payment we'll be making.:j

Contacted energy supplier and have got the engineers coming this week to rip out the bloomin pre-pay meters and have all normal ones installed, will be paying DDB, £80 per month instead of the £75 a WEEK we've been putting in!!!! So a massive saving there!!!:D

Have got £57 from quidco, isn't it amazing how quick it all adds up!!!:beer:
The ebaypot is looking pretty healthy aswell, £ 157 in there toawrds the Argos bill.:T

Have slacked a bit on the 50p tin ( note to self, must bring up to date when hubby gets paid!);).
