Another house re-wire quote and damp proof

Anybody any ideas as to what the total re-wire cost for the following would be?
House is late 1930's.
It has; hallway, lounge, dining room, kitchen, small conservatory, utility, bathroom, and two bedrooms.
would require outside light/outside socket/electric cooker/shower/boiler plus the normal stuff.
There is at least 1 metre underfloor cavity but walls solid with plaster. At the moment only 1-2 sockets per room.

Not been re-wired in approx 30-40 years so would need new consumer unit.

Plus anyone any ideas of rough damp proof course price? just the injection stuff I think, there is an old bituman course in.

if in west of england average cost proberly £2800 to £3300 if having damp course done then sometimes they remove 1metre of plaster from walls so get that done before so not charged twice for removing plaster from walls
