Problem with online retailer, please help.

A mad Chan-wook Park fan, I preordered Sympathy for Lady Vengeance from sensasian a month and a half ago.
On December 28th, I got this email:
I decided to wait, because two weeks isn't a huge delay.
It's January 22nd, still no dvd so I send an email.
I get this reply back.
I don't want to wait until the 26th for it to ship and I notice cd-wow are selling it. The dvd itself is more expensive but delivery is free and faster with them being UK based. So I send this email to sensasian and buy it on cd-wow.
The next day CD-WOW send out my order. They are a great store and smell like hugs.
Back to the stink-goblins:
Well, poop. They shipped it, a month and a half after my preorder, two weeks after the first delay date, six days after the second delay date and two dates earlier than the day they finally settled on. Do they just throw darts at a calander and name where it lands for the delivery dates?
My reply to them.
Can I do anything about this? It doesn't seem right to me.

The second batch did not come out on 10th Jan at all. It was delayed at
first until 18th of Jan when it was not released as promised to us by the
manufacturers and was postponed again until 26th Jan.
We sincerely apologise for the delay in your order due to circumstances
beyond our control. If there are no further delays at the manufacturer, it
should ship as mentioned on 26th Jan. If you would like to cancel your
order for this title, please let us know.

So, to clarify, I preordered by dvd (note the 'pre' part, that means 'before') a month and a half ago. There was a delay, which I was informed of and said was ok.
After that there was another delay, which I was not informed of and didn't say was ok, then another (also not informed of, also didn't say it was ok).
Then, after I contacted you, you told me it would ship on the 26th of January. My response to this was to tell you to cancel my order (as you said I could do) and order it with cd-wow.
Cd-wow have despatched my order (beating you by about a month and a half) and now you tell me that the dvd has actually despatched, two days before you said (which, by the way, your site says it still hasn't)?
Please do something about this, I'm not paying for two dvds under these circumstances.
