I av a collection of £2 coins! I started collecting the ones with necklaces on as they were rumoured to be worth £80+!! but found out they weren't worth anything!! although a lot of people heard the rumour too and also collect them so I hardly see anymore!!! you never know! and if they are not wortrh more then £2 you have a nice little "rainy day" money!!

What about when the £2 coins came out first.
I believe that they where then withdrawn from circulation and then re-introducted a few years ago.
As I am sure somewhere I have one from when they first came out. Moved house in the last year so have no idea where it is now or if it is worth anymore than £2.
