However when I rang them at 08:30 this morning they said their system wasn't working either. The message when you call is sorry we are having technical issues with our site this morning.

Tibbies mum thanks so much - just called them, they found my order for me, it was pending and hadnt gone through, but she processed it for me over the phone and gave me confirmed order number and delivery number, I am so happy, many thanks.

It was £3 cheaper than I expected so I presume something went out of stock but I can live with that if i get the rest.

I went to my local store at a retail park, not as big as other boots stores a wee bit further away and got a few things I wanted. Obviously didn't have as much choice, no soap and glory stuff and hardly any Boots No7 but delighted with what I got, will be great for up and coming birthdays. The accessorize gift sets are lovely! I bought 2 lots of different Accessorize sets, a Gardeners tote, no7 brush set and a lipgloss purse so spent just over 30 quid. That was plenty for me.

I think you are much better going into a store for a look with the website crashing, there must be thousands of people trying to get online.

Be Careful, thats what happened with my last order & even though I called them 3 times to confirm everything was okay it still never turned up & I got charged 3 times :eek: hopefully it will go through fine for you though.

They couldn't do mine! they didnt have a delivery address or anything...talk about uselss

Just tried to get on the site still shut down, it is rather annoying. Might pop into the store.
Beyond skint just laughing at your post. It took me a while to work out what you meant by "doll" money!! Then I realised dole money lol...mind u it probably was there doll money ifgwim!!

I tried the website first thing this morn but knew it would be rubbish so popped into boots, hardly anyone there and loads of stock. Spent £86 including 2 of the Ruby & Millie make-up cases down from £50 each to £12.50!!!! Went for coffee and then went back to spend my boots points only this time it was manic - one woman had her pushchair piled up with identical baby items!!! Another had 7 baskets surrounding her on the floor so nobody could get past. Thank god I live nearby and was able to get there early. Still some bargains to be had, but I'd recommend you wear body armour lol
