Have just spent the last hour waiting for pages to load. Had lots of bits in basket, now got holding page. grrrrrrr:mad: Waited 10 mins and still there - is this because there is a lot of traffic on the site???

I'm going to go to a store in my lunch break, people seem to be gettin a few bargains, and the website is so much hassle.

I give up with boots, I've had problems with every single order I've ever placed.. I've had a pushchair go missing before, a cot mattress took so long to deliver I had moved house by the time they got round to it, on the 50% sale I placed my order then got an email to say they had cancelled my order due to technical difficulties yet they still managed to take £150 from my account for the £45 order which got cancelled now the site is messing up again after filling my basket and getting to checkout :rotfl::rotfl: Our boots store dont sell any of the things that are 75% off either :rolleyes:

Just rang the guy said when the site comes back up should have items in a basket?? and then process from there, no money would have gone from account as it wasnt verified....

I don't know, but I do know that Boots should sort this out. I would imagine the demand is greater than their stock and are having problems with their stock control, maybe that is why were on a holding page

Last year, I was really lucky, as soon as the online sale was announced I was straight on and got tons of stuff without a problem, everything delivered too. I was hoping for the same again this year :mad:

I went to my local boots store at 8.30am and spent £47.61 and saved £143.21. I was well chuffed!!!! I left at 9.15 and the place was packed - so glad i got there early.
